Christmas at Busch Gardens

Roller coasters, the great food, the animals...we all love Busch Gardens! Have you been at Christmas time?

We spent a Sunday evening at Christmas Town at Busch Gardens and we had a great time!

There is so much to see and do inside Christmas Town Village!

Our family arrived just as the sun was setting and those beautiful lights began twinkling away as we walked through the entrance of the park to find more beautiful light displays after the other!

Our boys were anxious to see Santa, so we made our way to the North Pole, inside the park of course! ;) We were welcomed by more beautifully lit trees and great festive decorations!

Christmas Town at Busch Gardens has wonderful character Meet & Greets, including Santa & Mrs. Claus and Rudolph & friends! And, they've planned out the experience perfectly for a more personal visit!
You can upgrade your park ticket for Priority Access and skip the lines to meet Santa & all the other characters, pricing for this unique option start at $25.  Check ahead before your visit for this option for exact availability, however the alternative is great too! You can wait in line for a pager! Just like in a restaurant, you will receive a special pager and come back when you're nearing your time slot & your pager will buzz for your turn!

The pager system allowed us to roam the park and check out more of Christmas Town, while we waited for our turn to see Santa! Our turn came sooner than we expected & little did we know, surprises were waiting for us around every corner of Santa's House!!

Selfies with Elves, secret passwords to open Santa's door & cookies were just some of the special touches you'll find during your very special visit with Santa!

Our experience visiting Santa at Busch Gardens was one of the most special to date! I couldn't believe how personal and magical our visit was! It was the highlight of the night!

Once we finished chatting with Santa (and Mom got her pictures) we enjoyed cookies with the elves and off we went to the next character stop, Rudolph's Winter Wonderland! The boys met all the great characters from the Christmas classic, Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer! We also took advantage of the pager system again & it was perfect!

I think it goes with out saying that the character Meet & Greets were popular in our family, especially our three-year-old, Max! Big brother was more excited about the Christmas carnival games inside the Christmas Town Village & getting a big bowl of Dippin' Dots!

Mom & Dad were excited to try the savory Chicken & Waffles available inside Christmas Town Village!

We didn't ride any roller coasters that night, but they were open and roaring for the thrill seekers! We left with out catching all of the Christmas Shows & riding the Jingle Bell Express, but that's why the option of becoming an Annual Pass Holder, is so appealing! With your annual pass, you can come visit Christmas Town at Busch Gardens anytime during the holiday season! -- This might be on my wish list for Santa now! :) There great offers right now for extra savings on an Annual Pass/Fun Card, so be sure to check that out for any last minute gift ideas!!

If you're looking for a great family-friendly Christmas activity, this is the place! There is something for everyone! We had a snow much at Christmas Town! Although we would have loved real snow, the bubble snowfall, along with all the beautiful lights & our amazing Santa visit, Christmas was in the air at Busch Gardens

Christmas Town will be open select dates until December 31st

A big thank you to Busch Gardens & Mommy Spot Tampa Bay for the invitation to the Busch Gardens Christmas Town experience! We had a fantastic time!

From my family to yours, hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
